Litigation holds with remote work force
Document retention and protection considerations
Transitioning securely back to the office
Legal mandates – both ethics rules and statutory mandates – regarding securing and protecting sensitive data
Disaster recovery plans with a remotely working workforce
Vendor vetting in light of remotely working personnel
Supervision of remotely working personnel and outsources resources
Insurance considerations with personnel and assets off site
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 1.2 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.2 qualify as hours of credit for Ethics/Professionalism.
