Transactional Attorney

Frier & Levitt, LLC is seeking a highly motivated associate to join its sophisticated, well established, and respected health law practice in its Pine Brook, New Jersey office.
 
The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in healthcare transactions; federal and state regulatory issues including fraud and abuse, privacy and security, licensing, and compliance. Experience in health information technology and other regulatory issues is a plus. Candidate should possess outstanding academic credentials, superior analytical and writing skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and attention to detail. The firm’s size and structure allow Associates the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibilities, as well as working directly with clients in a fast paced and dynamic practice area.

Experienced corporate and transactional attorneys with a strong interest in health law will be considered.

Must be licensed in the State of New Jersey. New York and other states a plus.

This position offers substantial growth potential in addition to competitive compensation, health care benefits, signing bonus, moving expenses, and 401k plan (upon eligibility to participate).
