The ACLU of New Jersey is hiring two staff attorneys and a policy director to join in our work protecting and expanding civil rights and liberties across New Jersey.

To combat increasing attacks on immigrant and Muslim communities, we are looking for an experienced and creative attorney to develop and lead the ACLU-NJ’s work on behalf of the rights of immigrants and other vulnerable populations, starting as soon as possible.  We are also hiring a general staff attorney to litigate and advocate on the broad range of issues the ACLU of New Jersey works on, starting in September 2017.  Additionally, we are seeking a Public Policy Director. The Public Policy Director shapes and advances the ACLU’s policy agenda with federal, state, and local lawmakers and other agents of power.
