Wilson Elser’s New York and New Jersey offices are currently seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney.

The Position
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited Law School
- Must be admitted to practice in the state of New York and/or New Jersey
- 7+ years of litigation experience
- Experience with commercial loan litigation, mortgage foreclosure, judgment enforcement, and/or bankruptcy experience in state and federal courts
- Loan transactional or trust administration experience is a plus
- Excellent legal writing skills
Responsibilities
- Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
- Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects
- Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
- Communicate with clients and provide status reports
