Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking an associate with 1-3 years of experience for our No Fault (PIP) defense litigation practice to join our Poughkeepsie office. EOE.
Position Requirements:
- Handling and managing litigation files from inception through trial.
- Preparing motions and memorandums of law.

Trust and Estates Attorney (Full Time)
Location: Uniondale, NY
Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking a trust and estate attorney with 1 – 5 years of experience in estate planning, estate administration, and Surrogate’s Court litigation. Primary responsibilities will include drafting Wills, trusts, and other planning documents, as well as drafting pleadings, conducting legal research and making occasional court appearances. Candidate must be detailed oriented, and demonstrate an ability to analyze issues and possess strong research and writing skills. Litigation experience a plus. License to practice law in New York a must. EOE.
