Relax and Recharge with NJLWA’s Wellness Yoga Session

8:30-9:30a.m.

 “A calm mind is the ultimate weapon against your challenges.” 

During these difficult and uncertain times, it is important to make wellness and health a priority. Force your inner multitasker to take a break for an hour and join the NJWLA for a light yoga session via Zoom led by NJWLA Board Member and yoga instructor, Nicole Bearce.   Start your day with a meaningful stretch and focus your energy on your goals for the rest of the day.  At a time when the world seems divided, let us come together with the common goal of taking care of ourselves. 

This is a free event and open to all levels. No cameras necessary. Children are welcome. We will attempt to record this event so it will be available for viewing for 24 hours.
