Job Description:
Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting a senior associate to join the Real Estate practice group in our Princeton office. This attorney will be involved in land use development work and related real estate matters in New Jersey. New Jersey bar admission or eligibility to waive in is required.
We are seeking candidates with at least five years of experience in representing clients before zoning and planning boards. Regular responsibilities to include assisting clients with preparation and submission of zoning applications, counseling clients on local procedures to prosecute land use applications, interacting with client consulting team and governing agencies, preparing and handling entitlement hearings before governing agencies, drafting and negotiating entitlement related documents, and assisting clients to comply with entitlement conditions of approval. Excellent academic credentials as well as strong interpersonal and presentation skills, the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently, and a proven ability to produce top quality work is required.
