The Position
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited Law School
- Must be admitted to practice in the State of New York
- 2+ years of litigation experience
- Experience with professional liability is a plus
- Excellent legal writing skills
Responsibilities
- Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
- Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
- Direct communication with clients
