Description: Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening in Princeton, NJ for an associate in the Litigation Department. The ideal candidate will have three to four years of relevant litigation experience. We are not currently accepting resumes from search firms for this position.
Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey. Additional license to practice in the States of New York or Pennsylvania or the ability to become admitted to practice in the States of New York or Pennsylvania preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong research, writing skills, and academic record.
- Federal, appellate, or chancery clerkship preferred.
- Complex litigation experience in New Jersey state and federal courts required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment both independently and as part of a dynamic litigation team.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.
