Stark & Stark has an excellent opportunity for an entry level Associate to join our Personal Injury practice in our Lawrenceville office. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and be self- directed and detailed-oriented with the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will have the extraordinary opportunity to learn and grow in a challenging, but collegial, environment.

Responsibilities
The candidate will manage a full caseload of Personal Injury cases of varying degrees of complexity. These responsibilities will include evaluating the merits of a personal injury claim, providing guidance
and counsel to the clients through effective communication, medical review, and negotiating, settling and litigating cases, if necessary.

Qualifications
The right candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of Personal Injury and litigation experience. Should possess strong analytical, interpersonal, drafting, negotiation, written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and to interact directly with clients. Must be licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey.
