Nukk-Freeman & Cerra, P.C.  is seeking a part-time Employee Benefits Attorney for its Chatham, NJ office. Applicants must have a minimum of 4  years of Qualified Plan experience. Responsibilities are focused on conducting benefits counseling for corporate clients in New Jersey and New York: specifically preparing filings for the IRS and answering day to day questions from in-house counsel.  Position has a modified schedule; candidate can expect to work an average of 15-20 hours per week (flexible work arrangements available).
