The New Jersey Economic Development Authority is looking for attorneys to assist with legal reviews of applicants for the Authority’s programs. Successful applicants will assist with background investigations/due diligence done by the Authority to comply with Executive Order 34 (Byrne 1976) and its Disqualification/ Debarment Regulations, N.J.A.C. 19:30-2.1, et seq. This involves performing research using LEXIS and other online resources; reviewing pleadings and other company information; and evaluating same under the Authority’s disqualification and debarment regulations, in a timely manner. Experience using LEXIS and performing internet research is required, as is excellent legal writing and communication skills. This is a temporary position and is currently fully remote.
