Commercial Litigation Associate | New Jersey

Our New Jersey office is seeking a versatile junior to mid-level associate with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our strong litigation practice. Qualified candidates will have experience in complex commercial litigation, including defending environmental and construction litigation, class actions, product liability and/or financial services work.  Our Litigation Department is the firm’s largest practice group and represents a wide range of local, national and international clients in all types of complex litigation at both the trial and appellate levels.  This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a collegial environment of a national law firm.  Superior academic credentials and strong communication skills are required.  Active bar in NJ is required and PA bar is preferred.

We are seeking an attorney with two or more years of experience to join our Real Estate Finance and Capital Markets Group in our Real Estate Department to serve in a support role for our sophisticated real estate finance practice. Work schedule can be flexible if desired. Qualified candidates will have solid academic credentials and some transactional real estate experience (sales and acquisitions, finance, and/or workouts/restructuring).
