Litigation Attorney

The Philadelphia Office of Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP is seeking an attorney with at least six years of litigation experience to join the General Liability Litigation practice group. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced litigation and has experience with all aspects of defending a case, including taking and defending depositions, working with experts, attending court hearings, drafting and arguing motions, and assisting significantly at trial. This position is intended to include a lead role in handling cases and requires an ability to effectively communicate with clients and supervise other case team members.  The ideal candidate will be a self-starter that is familiar with the local judges and court practices and who is comfortable leading case teams and working autonomously.  Experience defending personal injury and property damage cases is a plus.  Interested candidates are encouraged to apply online at https://www.shb.com/careers/legal-recruiting.  Please, no third party submissions.  Shook, Hardy & Bacon L.L.P. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
