Description: Fox Rothschild has an opening in the Morristown, NJ office for a Litigation Associate with two to four years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of general commercial litigation. We are not currently accepting resumes from search firms for this position.
Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong research, writing skills, and academic record.
- Experience drafting and responding to initial pleadings and discovery.
- Experience drafting and arguing motions, and deposition experience.
- Trial experience a plus but not required.
- Large law firm experience strongly preferred.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.
