OPPORTUNITY
Litigation Associate Attorney
Our Cherry Hill, NJ location has an immediate need for a mid-level associate for our commercial defense practice. Ideal applicants will have experience in one or more of the following areas: employment, professional malpractice, complex commercial matters, auto (including trucking) and general liability. While working at the firm, you will represent clients in all phases of litigation. Prior relevant experience is required. Our firm is a collegial team of professionals, focused on excellence and continued growth.

Responsibilities:
- Appear for court hearings
- Attend depositions of parties, witnesses and experts
- Prepare and draft pleadings, briefs and case assessments
- Research applicable areas of law
- Trial experience a plus
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be licensed in New Jersey (Pa license is a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent writing, researching, negotiating and oral communication skills
