Join NJWLA’s Young Lawyers Committee & Diversity Committee as they present a day of wellness and a chance to gain CLE!
Current events, chronic stress, long hours, and the constant conflict of juggling work and family obligations afflict practicing lawyers in all areas of law. At times, you may put your relationships on the backburner, even your relationship with yourself. In this specially created program for women lawyers, you will learn practices and strategies to maximize cognition, focus, and efficacy while improving your overall wellbeing and building resilience to stress. Not only will you receive CLE credits, but you will also have the opportunity to network with fellow lawyers, share ideas, and learn from mental health and legal experts.
