Lowenstein Sandler’s Investment Management Group is seeking a highly qualified attorney with 6 – 7 years of strong investment management experience to be based from our NYC or Roseland, NJ office. Specific expertise in hedge fund and/or private equity fund formation and structuring is required. Familiarity with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and regulatory/compliance experience is preferred. Candidates must have excellent analytical skills, drafting skills, and communication skills. The expected salary range for candidates meeting the requirements of this position in class years 2017 through 2016 is $370,000 to $400,000. The actual pay will be at Lowenstein Sandler’s sole discretion, and determined by factors including but not limited to geographic location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
