Investment Management Attorney

Lowenstein Sandler’s Investment Management Group is seeking a highly qualified attorney with 6 – 7 years of strong investment management experience to be based from our NYC or Roseland, NJ office. Specific expertise in hedge fund and/or private equity fund formation and structuring is required. Familiarity with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and regulatory/compliance experience is preferred. Candidates must have excellent analytical skills, drafting skills, and communication skills. The position offers the opportunity:

  • To provide innovative solutions and dedicated, top-caliber client service to our worldwide clientele of hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, and other pooled investment vehicles, as well as institutional investors, investment advisers and broker-dealers;
  • To work in an entrepreneurial environment with growth opportunities; and
  • To receive excellent training and development in a collegial atmosphere.
