Intellectual Property — Junior EE/CE Prosecution Associate (1-3 years)

Lerner David Littenberg Krumholz & Mentlik, LLP seeks a junior IP associate to assist in patent prosecution and opinion work in the electrical and computer fields. A successful candidate will work closely with clients and other firm attorneys in developing and prosecuting patent applications.   It is also expected that a successful candidate will work as part of a team conducting due diligence on new products and technology acquisitions towards rendering opinions to clients.   Requirements include a B.S. in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, or a related field.  Experience in patent prosecution is preferred.
