Experienced Mid-Level or Senior Attorney

Job Description:
Parker Ibrahim & Berg LLP (“PIB”) seeks to hire an experienced mid-level or senior attorney with broad litigation experience including exceptional drafting skills and courtroom experience to join our Trial and Class Action practice group in the Somerset, New Jersey office and working remotely. PIB is a full-service national law firm that represents an array of corporate clients, ranging from Fortune 500 companies, national banks, insurance,
financial services and technology companies. We have offices in New Jersey, New York, Boston, Philadelphia and Orange County.

Practice Description:
The Trial and Class Action practice is comprised of outstanding lawyers with backgrounds in private practice, government and in-house who engage in the full panoply of the litigation practice including: motion practice, court appearances, negotiations, alternative dispute resolution, discovery, depositions, oral arguments, trials and appeals. The position is initially with our Consumer Financial Services and Commercial Litigation groups in which we focus on banking, consumer finance litigation and the representation of mortgage service provider matters, including contested foreclosures. Our lawyers manage a high-volume of diverse cases with varying complexity and engage in every aspect of a matter from inception
through resolution. At PIB, motivated and capable attorneys are afforded opportunities to develop their skills through hands-on experience, increasingly challenging work and open access to mentoring partners. PIB lawyers represent our clients’ interests in court regularly, and we distinguish ourselves in the courtroom with our clients and our opposing counsel through unrivaled preparation, professionalism and effectiveness. Qualifications:
Candidates applying for this attorney position with PIB should have 3 or more years of comparable law firm or financial industry in-house experience. Considering the current COVID-19 environment, candidates must be highly conscientious and motivated, fully willing and capable of being onboarded, trained, coached, mentored and collaborative in a fully remote environment using technology such as Skype, Zoom and MS Teams. The right candidate must be able to demonstrate a history of excellent drafting skills, exceptional client relations and successful in-court-advocacy. The right candidate must demonstrate a high degree of initiative, independence and motivation, capable of developing and following
through on strategies to successfully resolve diverse and complex matters. New Jersey & New York bar admission is required.
