Environmental Associate – NJ Office

The New Jersey office of Norris McLaughlin, P.A., has an opening for a bright, energetic, and hard-working environmental associate. The candidates should have 3-5 years’ experience in environmental litigation.

The ideal candidate will have environmental regulatory, compliance, permitting, litigation, and transactional experience. Experience related to site remediation, brownfield redevelopment, and cost recovery is a plus. The candidate will also possess superior academic credentials and excellent research, writing, and communication skills; and will be prepared to work both independently and collaboratively on a variety of substantive environmental matters. Must be bar admitted in the state of New Jersey. Judicial clerkship and admission in New York or Pennsylvania a plus, but not required.
