Employment and Labor Attorney  (Full Time)
Location: Uniondale, NY

Rivkin Radler LLP is currently seeking an Employment & Labor Attorney for our Uniondale, Long Island office.   The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ of experience in all aspects of wage and hour and employment discrimination litigation, including conducting investigatory interviews, drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, and drafting administrative position statements. Deposition experience a plus.  EOE.

Requirements:

·         Detail-oriented and punctual

·         Efficiently resolve cases

·         Respond to client inquiries promptly

·         Possess a great sense of “legal triage,” distinguishing cases requiring intensive care from cases that are routine
