The New Jersey office at Norris McLaughlin & Marcus, P.A. has an immediate opening for an experienced Employee Benefits / Executive Compensation Attorney with competency in all aspects of executive compensation including employment agreements, severance agreements, deferred compensation programs, equity incentive plans, and applicable tax implications. Ideal candidate should have at least three years of quality in depth experience, including experience with employee benefits/ERISA matters (plan assets, welfare benefits, and defined contribution and defined benefit plans) including significant private equity and public company transactional experience.
Candidates should exhibit commitment to the practice area, a strong work ethic and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Experience dealing directly with clients and generating business in the practice area is ideal. Excellent writing skills are required. An LLM in taxation is a plus.
