This is an excellent growth opportunity for lawyers looking to gain substantive litigation experience and grow in the area of defense litigation.
Qualifications
• JD from an accredited law school
• Must be admitted to practice in the state of New Jersey
• 2 – 5 years of litigation experience
• Defense litigation experience with toxic tort / asbestos, products liability or general liability insurance litigation strongly preferred
• Excellent research, writing and communications skills
• Legal project management experience is helpful
