Lowenstein Sandler is seeking a 1st or 2nd year corporate associate with financing transaction experience to join our Debt Financing practice. Experience in several of the following areas is a plus: asset based lending, cash flow lending, acquisition financing, recapitalization, convertible debt financing, Term B loans, workouts, DIP financings, leveraged loans, and mezzanine loans. This position can be based in either our New York City or Roseland, NJ office.
