Counsel – Capital Markets & Securities

Lowenstein Sandler is seeking a Capital Markets & Securities Associate to join our Transactions & Advisory Group in our New York City or Roseland, NJ office. The candidate should have 3 – 5 years of corporate transactional experience with focused expertise in public securities offerings and SEC compliance, debt and Rule 144A issuances, and structured preferred stock and convertible notes transactions.  SPAC and life sciences/biotech experience is a plus. The expected salary range for candidates meeting the requirements of this position in class years 2020 through 2018 is $250,000 to $345,000. The actual pay will be at Lowenstein Sandler’s sole discretion, and determined by factors including but not limited to geographic location, skills, qualifications, and experience.  Our benefits package includes coverage options for medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, life insurance, disability, FSAs, 401K, and paid time off. Lowenstein Sandler is committed to equal employment opportunity and providing reasonable accommodations to applicants with physical and/or mental disabilities.
