Corporate Transactional Associate – NJ office

The New Jersey office of Norris McLaughlin & Marcus, P.A., has an opening for a bright, energetic, and hard-working attorney with at least 5 years of solid corporate and transactional experience. The firm has a steady client base of corporate clients that require a broad spectrum of legal services. The position provides the opportunity to be an integral part of our Business Law Group.

An undergraduate background in business, accounting, or related areas is helpful but not required. Experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, technology/IT licensing, securities, real estate, financing, or secured lending is a plus. Excellent contract drafting skills and interpersonal skills are a must. The candidate will also possess superior academic credentials and excellent research, writing and communication skills; and will be prepared to work both independently and collaboratively on a variety of substantive matters.

If a sophisticated corporate and transactional practice in a high quality of life firm sounds appealing, give this opportunity serious consideration.

If interested, please submit a cover letter, resume and salary requirement to Carissa Klein, Recruiting Coordinator, at attorneypositions@nmmlaw.com. Note “Corporate Associate Position” in the subject line of the email.

No phone inquiries, please.
