Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening for an associate within the Gaming practice group of the Corporate department. This position can reside in the Firm’s Atlantic City, NJ; Morristown, NJ; Princeton, NJ; Las Vegas, NV; or Philadelphia, PA offices. The rapidly expanding Gaming practice group is already one of the largest of its type in the world, concentrating on the licensing and regulation of casinos, racetracks and technology providers, including internet gaming, sports betting and e-sports companies. It is an international practice led by attorneys recognized by Chambers US and Chambers Global. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of gaming law, regulation, licensing and compliance experience. Corporate and/or finance background is a plus. Superior academic record and excellent writing skills are required. Large law firm experience preferred. The candidate must be licensed to practice in the state where the office resides.
