We are pleased to announce that four of our attorneys have been named Members of the firm. Ms. Bienstock is a member of the Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Department. She focuses her practice on creditors’ rights, avoidance actions and reorganizations for both individuals and corporate entities. She is a graduate of the New York Law School. Ms. Cioppettini, a member of the Litigation Department, guides business owners, executives, and entrepreneurs through the challenges that accompany litigation. She is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law. Mr. Finkelstein is a member of the Litigation Department. He represents a wide range of clients in the state, federal and bankruptcy courts of New Jersey and New York, as well as in a variety of commercial arbitration venues. He is a graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Ms. Manduke handles complex commercial disputes in both New Jersey and New York including business divorce, licensing disputes, fraud, employment, insurance and land use litigation. She is a graduate of the Fordham University School of Law.
