Rivkin Radler, LLP is seeking an attorney with at least six years of litigation experience to join our Litigation & Appeals Group in our New Jersey office. EOE

Position Requirements:
Candidates must have:

• Federal court experience, and must be admitted to and have litigated extensively in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
• Familiarity with New Jersey No-Fault Insurance Law (i.e., the New Jersey Compulsory Insurance Law and the New Jersey Automobile Reparation Reform Act).
• Familiarity with the New Jersey Insurance Fraud Prevention Act and the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (“RICO”) Act.
• Meaningful case management/case running experience.
• Strong narrative writing skills.
