The Mt. Laurel, NJ office of Cipriani & Werner is currently seeking a full-time Litigation Associate. This position requires familiarity with personal and commercial lines of auto, trucking, and premises liability defense and coverage litigation throughout New Jersey. The ideal candidate will be proficient in time-management, writing, and communication, with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast-paced and collegial work environment. Responsibilities will include evaluating new files, client communications, discovery production, researching and preparing legal memoranda on various areas of law, taking depositions, preparing and arguing discovery, substantive, dispositive pre- and post-trial motions and appeals, attending binding and non-binding arbitration, mediation and trial.  

Must have a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school, and maintain an active license in good standing in New Jersey. New Jersey state and federal court experience required. A minimum of 5 years of meaningful insurance defense jury trial experience preferred.
