Employment associate sought for the Sills, Cummis & Gross Employment & Labor Practice Group in the Newark office. Candidates must have 2-4 years of experience in employment law at a New Jersey or New York law firm. Specifically, candidates should have experience in: employment litigation in agencies and state/federal courts, counseling and drafting of employment agreements. Labor experience is a plus. Qualifications include strong interpersonal skills, a strong academic record, and excellent oral and written communication skills. New Jersey and New York bar admissions required.
