Trif and Modugno, LLC is seeking an associate attorney with 3-7 years litigation experience that is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.  Judicial clerkship preferred, but not required.  The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, superior research and writing skills, be disciplined, self-motivated, possess the ability to work independently and as part of our strong litigation team, meet deadlines, prioritize case load, and quickly grasp new areas of the law.  Responsibilities will include: performing legal research; drafting motions/briefs; responding to discovery; assisting senior attorneys in preparing for depositions and trials; interacting with clients and appearing in court as required.
