Schwartz Simon Edelstein & Celso LLC has an opening in the Whippany, NJ office for an Associate in the Labor & Employment Department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years experience in all aspects of employment litigation, including drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions and deposition experience. Experience working with clients in either a New Jersey or New York law firm is a plus.
