Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven attorney to join our growing legal team. The
successful candidate will play a crucial role in handling a variety of legal matters, providing expert
advice, and representing our clients with dedication and proficiency. Experience in labor and
employment law is required.
Duties:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients;
- Conduct legal research and analysis;
- Draft and review legal documents; and
- Engage in all aspects of litigation.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of litigation experience;
- Previous experience practicing labor and/or employment law;
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school;
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar Association;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team; and
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience through a Judicial Clerkship is strongly preferred.
