Join our dynamic legal team just outside Princeton, NJ as a full-time Associate Attorney specializing in Wills, Trusts, and Estates. We are in search of a talented individual with a New Jersey state bar license. The ideal candidate will thrive both independently and collaboratively, staying well-versed in evolving legal landscapes and exhibiting superb client relations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Draft, assess, analyze, and finalize various legal documents while effectively communicating legal concepts to clients.
Develop and execute complex estate planning documents.
Assist with probate and estate administrations.
Preparation of Gift and Estate Tax Returns.
Cultivate relationships with clients and foster connections with potential new clients.
Lead meetings with prospective clients, maintaining professional relationships with existing clients.
Address client inquiries and offer strategic suggestions to meet their objectives.
Stay up to date on probate and tax laws.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-approved law school.
Active member in good standing with the N.J. state bar (2nd bar a plus).
Knowledge of wills, trusts, and estates is advantageous.
1-3 years of experience.
Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
