Full-Time Associate with Employment Law Experience

Nukk-Freeman & Cerra, P.C.  is seeking a Full-Time Associate for its Chatham, NJ office. Applicants must have  2-4 years of substantive employment law experience.   Responsibilities are focused on employment litigation for corporate clients in New Jersey and New York, specifically: drafting pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, preparing client correspondence and discovery, reviewing document collections in preparation for litigation, and attending depositions/hearings/mediations as required.    Qualifications include: exceptional legal writing and communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, excellent research skills, the ability to identify and resolve problems quickly, and the ability to manage multiple clients and matters.
