Lowenstein Sandler is seeking a highly qualified Associate to join the dynamic Employment Practice in our Roseland office. Candidates should have 3 – 5 years of employment law and civil litigation experience at a major firm. Responsibilities will include handling actions involving claims of discrimination, wrongful termination and sexual harassment, as well as drafting employment and severance agreements, resolving employment contract actions, disputes over noncompetition, non-solicitation and confidentiality agreements and providing proactive employment counseling. Admission to the NJ bar is required; admission to the NY bar is a plus.
