Developing Your Attorney Wellness Plan for 2023 (Webcast)
This program presented in cooperation with the NJSBA Lawyer Well-Being Committee, Women in the Profession Section, Solo Small Firm Section and NJJWLA, will teach lawyers how to integrate wellness best practices into their daily routines. Panelists will discuss what habits are effective to declutter your mind and attain better focus, manage stressors and attain more happiness in general. Participants will learn how to use mindfulness tools and will acquire emotional intelligence skills to assist in their professional lives. Each of us as individuals will gravitate to a wellness program that works for us. The goal of this program is for each attendee to assess what is needed most and to develop a wellness plan for 2023 to meet their personal goals. The variety of available options and resources include having a wellness coach; a personal development group training program; books; podcasts and more. The panel will also discuss how to create wellness programs for solo and small law firms.
