Force your inner multitasker to take a break for an hour and join the NJWLA for a light yoga session via Zoom led by NJWLA Board Member and yoga instructor, Nicole Bearce. Start your day with a meaningful stretch and focus your energy on your goals for the rest of the day. At a time when the world seems divided, let us come together with the common goal of taking care of ourselves.
