Pat will present practical tips to address obstacles like: the fear of failure, imposter syndrome, the confidence gap and presentation styles. She’ll also share the insights of her new book, Rainmakers: Born or Bred, that will help attorneys like you make the most of the business development opportunities you encounter every day – while staying true to your unique personality. Gillette will lead a hands-on workshop session for lawyers in all practice areas and at all levels of practice to learn how to build a book of business and become a rainmaker. This will be a fast-paced, hands-on session and every attendees will walk away with new skills and ideas to use in their practice immediately. Even more, the state’s top rainmakers and those who hire them will be guiding the small group discussions.
