AV-rated law firm with growing practice seeks associate who is a quick learner, self starter, and motivated to work independently on assigned cases.

Our work includes litigation in Federal Court in actions against insurance carriers under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (E.R.I.S.A.), administrative appeals of benefit denials, and helping clients to apply for and protect their benefits. 

Candidiate will be expected to perform work in each of the areas listed above. 

Extensive legal writing experience and excellent writing skills required. 

Candidate must have a strong work ethic and superb organization. 

Salary commensurate with experience.
